RAPS S.C.F. is a fictional seasonal pop-up restaurant set in a field in northeastern Skåne. The menu is built entirely around local lacto-ovo ingredients, creating a culinary experience deeply rooted in the region.

It serves as a conceptual homage to the landscape—capturing the essence of a season in full bloom. The restaurant is envisioned as a concentrated capsule of Skåne’s nature and culture, where food, place, and time intertwine.
